At Icosa Water, we are searching for an ambitious Retail & Customer Service Support Administrator to join our expanding customer services department. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities and outstanding career advancement prospects!

Role Responsibilities

Reporting directly into the Customer Services Manager, the key areas of responsibility are:

  • Producing water and drainage reports for new home buyers.
  • Identifying and bringing new customers on-board utilising information from internal and external sources.
  • Updating and maintaining a complete and accurate database of customers.
  • Responding to customer contacts in a timely manner via phone call, email or written correspondence
  • Provide proactive communication to customers on any operational activity which may impact them.
  • Support the billing of Commercial Customers
  • Provide aggregated billing data to incumbents.
  • Assist the Customer Services Manager in delivering Icosa’s performance and reporting commitments for customer satisfaction.
  • Assist other business managers as and when required.

About you

  • Knowledge of the Water Industry
  • Experience in dealing with customer queries.
  • A resolution approach to customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about ensuring that the customer journey is delivered right first time
  • Good IT skills including Excel with the ability to input data accurately and concisely.

Job Type: Full-time or Part Time, Permanent after successfully completing a 3-month probationary period.
