Analyst – Cardiff

Our Cardiff team is growing, and we're excited to welcome a talented Analyst to join us.
As an Analyst, you will report to the Retail and Customer Services Manager and play a key part in delivering insightful financial and non-financial analysis. You’ll help maintain accurate records, support data-driven decision-making, and contribute to operational excellence across our utility projects.

Your responsibilities as an Analyst:
- Collect, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, identify trends, and support operational needs.
- Develop and maintain data collection, aggregation, and reporting procedures, including processes related to customer metering and procurement of water services.
- Produce clear, actionable reports and dashboards for stakeholders, providing regular KPI updates and insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, support account migrations, and deliver solutions that enable accurate and timely billing.
- Use data insights to support strategic planning, process improvements, and operational efficiency across the business.
Essential:
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Desirable:
- Graduate qualification (preferably in Economics or Accounts)
- Experience in the utilities sector
- Experience in using Dynamics 365
