Administrator – Stonehouse, Gloucestershire (6-month fixed term contract)

As our Asset Value team continues to grow, we’re pleased to offer a 6-month fixed-term opportunity for a detail-oriented Administrator to support our operations.
As an Administrator at UKPS, you’ll report to the Asset Value Team Leader and play a key part in maintaining and updating the databases and registers that underpin our asset value claims. Your accuracy and organisational skills will help ensure our records are reliable, up-to-date, and aligned with business requirements—supporting the team’s wider commercial and regulatory responsibilities.

Your responsibilities as an Administrator:
- Processing information collected on site and ensuring there are no gaps or missing information before submission to the adopting network, through validation checks carried out on the databases and reports provided by the Asset Value Team Leader.
- Working through lists of missing / outstanding sections of data returned by the network and completing to allow claims to be closed out.
- Maintenance of the Meter point administration Number (MPAN) / Meter Point registration number (MPRN) registers and systems to ensure that:
- All Asset Value (AV) claims are supported by MPAN / MPRN registers
- Maintenance of the Asset Value Claim Trackers to ensure:
- The Asset Value Co-Ordinators can process claims as efficiently as possible
- All information is accurate and up to date at all times
- That UKPS project managers can create work instructions using the information populated onto the database and UKPS systems
- To support the Asset Value Manager, Asset Value Team Leader and wider Asset Value team in other matters that arise from time to time
Experience / Knowledge:
- Administration experience
- IT Literate and experience using Microsoft Packages.
