As a Project Manager, you will provide leadership and coordination for strategic and operational projects across Last Mile’s Heat business. You will manage a range of internal and external workstreams that support the growth, performance and ongoing improvement of our heat network assets and services.
You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, effectively and in line with business objectives, while supporting the continued development and scalability of Last Mile’s heat operations.

Your responsibilities as a Project Manager:
- Provide leadership and coordination across strategic and operational projects within Last Mile’s Heat business.
- Manage a range of internal and external workstreams that support the growth and performance of our heat network assets and services.
- Help ensure projects are delivered safely, effectively and in line with business objectives.
- Support the ongoing development of processes, systems and ways of working across our heat operations.
- Play an important role in improving service delivery and supporting the future growth of the Heat business.
Experience / Knowledge:
- Experience delivering projects, programmes and business improvement initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multiple business functions.
- Experience coordinating suppliers, contractors or third-party service providers.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, with the ability to manage priorities, deadlines and operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM PMQ or PMP desirable, with continuous improvement qualifications such as Lean or Six Sigma also beneficial.
