As a Technical Administrator at Last Mile working under the Energetics brand, you will primarily Acknowledging customer requests promptly, working with internal and external customers and support our schedulers with delivering the information to let our customers know their schedules, dates, or call offs for site installations.

Your responsibilities as a Technical Administrator:
- Work alongside the water department ensuring Water schedule is updated weekly, change and updates any water team queries ensuring weekly whereabouts is issued to Scottish Water accurately.
- Issue weekly confirmations to customers ensuring correct date is sent for the works the following week. maintaining communication and timeline expectation to external stakeholders.
- Aid team to ensure MPRN and MPAN, as-laids and full scope are available before team attend site then when work complete check weeks work prior make sure all job card notes complete time sheets are correct sketches are in team op folder.
- Assist technical team with ENCAR process ensuring ENCAR’s are available before attending works and any queries are resolved within timescales, providing tracker updates, and assisting in reporting.
- Compliance checks, making sure all acceptances, rejections, permits, and sketches are uploaded within SLA to assist in asset value release.
- Provide weekly whereabouts to relevant stakeholders liaising with schedulers and operations to make sure the most accurate information is being shared.
About you:
Experience / Knowledge:
- Skills, knowledge and experience IT literacy and ability to use computer packages to area of work.
- Ability to use Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, and Access Databases.
- CAD experience
