As a Sales Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the sales process, working closely with the sales team to help achieve key targets. Role Responsibilities
- Research new business opportunities using various platforms (Glenigans, social media, planning portals and construction news).
- Upkeep of sales database (CRM) including adding and updating information, and monitoring projects and accounts.
- Process new project opportunities by qualifying the information and sending to our Estimating teams.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns and support trade shows, job fairs etc to increase company’s market awareness where needed.
- Help target certain projects and/or accounts to help the overall sales strategy.
- Achieve agreed KPI’s.
- Regular communication with your peers, team approach.
About you
Core Competencies / Skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English is required
- Good ability to think outside the box
- You will need to be well organized and driven to support the overall sales team target.
- Be a tenacious character.
- Must have the ability to communicate using different mediums to prospect key stakeholders
- Good telephone manner essential
- Self-motivated but able to work well in a team environment.
- IT literate and proficient with Microsoft office software.
