Multi-Utility Coordinator – Stonehouse, Gloucestershire

As our Stonehouse team continues to grow, we are excited to welcome a Multi Utility Coordinator to be part of our success.
As a Multi-Utility Coordinator, you will support the smooth organisation of new onsite Electricity, Gas, Water and Fibre installations. You will help coordinate the planning of works to ensure customers receive an efficient and positive experience. This includes arranging the required labour, plant, materials and authorisations, and working closely with colleagues to keep everything running on track.

Your responsibilities as a Multi-Utility Coordinator:
- Communicate clearly and promptly with customers and internal teams through approved systems, email and phone.
- Process requests for mains and service installations on residential and commercial projects, ensuring all activities meet departmental service levels.
- Produce accurate work instructions, coordinate labour and materials, and maintain essential records such as the multi-utility master spreadsheet.
- Arrange and manage materials, purchase orders and scheduling for regional multi utility works, ensuring efficient use of resources and smooth site operations.
- Work closely with internal teams on change control, operational paperwork and water authority documentation to support the completion of all multi utility projects.
Experience / Knowledge:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office software
- Previous administration or coordination experience
- Previous experience in the utility sector (Desirable)
