About the opportunity:

An exciting opportunity awaits as we search for a Streetworks Coordinator to become a valued member of our expanding Asset Adoption department at our Hamilton Office.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

As a Streetworks Coordinator, your role will involve providing support to the number of contractors which utilise Last Mile's statutory undertakers licence. Your contribution will be vital in maintaining operational efficiency and success!

Your responsibilities:

  • Monitor performance for permits and notices raised throughout the UK
  • Monitor Street Manager for Fixed Penalty Notices, Section 74 charges & failed inspections
  • Liaise with local authorities & third parties
  • Process invoices for payment
  • Respond to Streetworks enquiries from members of the public

About you

Experience / Knowledge:

Essential:

  • Administrative experience

Desirable:

  • Experience using Symology/Street Manager
  • Previous experience working within construction

Attributes:

  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team within a fast-paced environment
  • Good communicator with high levels of attention to detail and high levels of integrity
