(Maternity Cover) Senior Marketing Manager – Stonehouse

At Last Mile, we take pride in delivering top-notch solutions across the energy and water sectors, we're excited to welcome a talented part-time Senior Marketing Manager to join our dedicated team in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

As a Senior Marketing Manager at Last Mile managing our family of brands, you will help take our identity and insight to the next level. Reporting directly to the Head of Communications and Marketing, you'll lead a team of two Marketing Executives (also supported by a team marketing assistant), driving impactful marketing initiatives and managing the group brand guidelines and assets. You'll also collaborate with external suppliers for services like graphic design and film production, managing these essential relationships.

In this role, you'll elevate our brand identity, showcasing our progress, uniqueness, and building trust. This role also involves supporting our customer-facing teams to ensure exceptional B2B and B2C experiences, which are properly managed, measured, and continuously improved.

Your responsibilities as a Senior Marketing Manager:

  • Take ownership of the newly launched Last Mile website (Wordpress) - resolving snagging issues and identifying actions for phrase 2, as well as reporting on web analytics and highlighting improvement areas effectively, 
  • Improve our customer insight to identify target audiences, working with the subsidiaries, our own CRM and Glenigan.
  • Plan email campaigns for our target audiences that drive brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Manage and improve the content plan for our social media presence across all brands and channels (mainly LinkedIn) and improving our analytics and engagement.
  • Ensure subsidiaries are supported to attend events throughout the year, including stand signage, printed materials and merchandise.
  • Support the Head of Communications and Marketing with strategic projects, budgets and stakeholder management.
  • Meet regularly with key internal stakeholders to review objectives, highlight challenges and opportunities and collaborate on news and case studies.

Qualifications desired:

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in marketing or related field
  • And/or CIM Certificate or Diploma or equivalent
