Our Warrington team is growing, and we're excited to welcome a talented Operations Administrator to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
As an Operations Administrator at Energetics, you’ll play a key role in providing efficient, effective, and professional administrative support to our Operations and Delivery teams, as well as other internal business customers. You’ll be the first point of contact for customer requests, responding promptly and working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience. Your attention to detail will be vital as you apply and maintain accurate systems, processes, policies, and procedures that support our commitment to operational excellence.

Your responsibilities as an Operations Administrator:
- Deliver Operational Excellence: Ensure the accurate and timely execution of all aspects of operational administration, including receipting goods in line with company processes and timescales.
- Maintain Organised Systems: Update and manage secure filing and information systems, ensuring data is easily retrievable and consistently maintained.
- Support Stakeholder Communication: Handle routine correspondence with internal and external stakeholders, providing site support for customer enquiries and assisting in the resolution of complaints.
- Collaborate with Finance: Work closely with the Finance team to resolve purchase invoice queries and disputes, supporting smooth financial operations.
- Champion Customer Service & Continuous Improvement: Consistently deliver excellent customer service while safeguarding Energetics’ commercial interests, brand, and reputation. Contribute to ongoing improvements in delivery support processes.
Experience / Knowledge:
- Experience in a similar technical administration role
