About the opportunity:

 

We are currently looking for a permanent Administrator to join our growing Operations Support department at our Warrington Office.

 

JOB PURPOSE

  • Provide efficient, effective, and professional administrative support internally to the Operations and Delivery teams and other business customers as directed.
  • Acknowledging customer requests promptly, working with internal and external customers and be the first response at Energetics. 
  • Apply and maintain accurate systems, process, policies, and procedures.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • The operation and accurate delivery of all aspects of operational administration.
  • Carry out receipting of goods in-line with company process and timescales.
  • Update and maintain appropriate filing/information systems, so that information is stored securely and is easily retrievable.
  • Manage regular and routine correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with our Finance team in settling purchase invoice queries and disputes.
  • Always deliver excellent customer service whilst protecting Energetics commercial interests, company brand and reputation.
  • Provide site support for customer enquiries and assist with the successful resolution of complaints.
  • Continuous process improvement of the delivery support processes
  • Carry out other duties appropriate to the post as may be reasonably requested

 

Experience / Knowledge:

  • Competent in customer service, telephone manner and administrative skills.
  • IT literacy and ability to use computer packages to area of work.  Numerate and accurate when working with figures.
  • Ability to use Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Access Databases.
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to new tasks and duties.
  • Organised, methodical approach to work with excellent time management skills.
  • Experience in a similar technical administration role
