About the opportunity:
We are currently in search of a full-time Licensing Administrator to become a valued member of our expanding Regulatory and Licensing team at the Cardiff Office.
We seek an individual with self-confidence, a strong appetite for learning, and the drive to embrace diverse responsibilities, showing readiness to engage with all facets of our enterprise. Your enthusiasm will lead you to deeply engage with numerous aspects of our operations, encompassing legal affairs, regulations, compliance, construction, and day-to-day functions.
This role will encompass a diverse array of duties, such as formulating licensing applications, overseeing client documentation and communication, compiling submissions for various regulatory entities, and coordinating with external contractors and advisors.

Your responsibilities:
- Corresponding with partners, clients and with regulators on general enquiries and licence specific issues.
- Maintaining client bundles and overseeing the licensing process from inception to completion.
- To undertake any reasonable request as directed by the Legal and Regulatory Director.
- Meeting organisation, calendar and invite management, location and facility bookings
- Preparing correspondence, keeping and maintaining accurate records and paperwork.
- Preparing proposals and contracts for completion with clients.
- Effectively filter emails to highlight urgent correspondence, print attachments and bring them to the Legal and Regulatory Director.
- Screen telephone calls, enquiries, requests and post when appropriate.
- Attending internal meetings and taking minutes, type and distribute.
- Printing, scanning and photocopying.
- Setting up and maintaining filing systems.
About you
Experience / Knowledge:
- Excellent administrative, organisational and project management skills.

- Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks on a daily basis
- Excellent writing skills (flawless grammar and accuracy).
- Accurate and quality conscious.
- Good IT literacy across a range of MS packages and in house systems.
