About the opportunity:
We are currently looking for a Permanent Administrator to join our growing Multi-Utility – Closures department at our Stonehouse Office.
As Multi-Utility Administrator, you will process completed work instructions as well as all relevant closure paperwork paperwork relating to the installation of onsite Water, Gas and Electric utilities. This also includes investigations into historic queries to enable Asset Value claims to be processed.

Your responsibilities:
- Liaise in a clear and timely manner with customers and internal staff via approved systems, emails and phone calls
- Ensure the accurate and timely updating of the MU master spreadsheets.
- Liaise with Asset Value claims team and Aslaid team to enable project closure and Asset Value claims.
- Assist with completing relevant water paperwork for all regional MU project water authorities.
- Collate and submit Gas closure packs to the relevant networks.
- Assist with authorisation and rejection of all regional MU project Solution Domain paperwork returned from site team within departmental SLA’s.
- Update clients on complete and incomplete works.
- Carry out other administrative duties as required by the Multi-Utility Team Leader.
Experience / Knowledge:
- Strong approach to customer service
- Commercial awareness
- Well organised
- Strong communications skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office software
- Ability to work within a team
- Previous experience in the utility sector.
- Previous administration or coordination experience
